Endigo Energy's commitment to operating in an ethical manner includes a desire to help make our communities better places to live, work and have fun. While it is still early in our evolution as a company, we have made the following commitments toward supporting our communities:
Capped Outsourcing
Outsourcing has become an important component of many corporate business models. We at Endigo realize that adapting to the evolving global marketplace is an important factor affecting all enterprises, but we also believe that patronizing local businesses is a critical component of supporting our wider community. The principals of Endigo have personally experienced and heard second hand accounts regarding the degradation of service associated with outsourcing critical business functions as well as the negative impact it has on civic pride. Endigo has made a commitment to ensure that no more than 25% of its total 'spend' in any given calendar year will be directed toward off-shore activities.
Exall Park
Endigo Vice President Paul Burger sits on the board of the Friends of Exall Park, a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the second oldest park in Dallas. Endigo Energy drafted and filed the application of Friends of Exall Park as a 501(c)(3) to help support the financial requirements of the organization. Mr. Burger is active in drawing more corporate funding to ensure the park remains a vibrant part of historic Old East Dallas.
